  WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

The Brazilian Consulate *requires* you to fill out an online visa application and obtain an application number to qualify for a submission time-slot.

Once your application is complete, contact us via email or call 415-948-3490 with your application number. Once we receive your application # and the below materials we can initiate your expedited visa process:

In addition to the Application #, you will need to mail the following documents to Aardvark Brazil Visa Expeditors & Passport Services:

A.     Your US Passport,

B.     Photocopy of your drivers license 
  C.     A printout of your travel itinerary, and a printed copy of your signed online visa application with Passport pictures.

D.    US Postal Service money order for $160 (Take note the Consulate only accepts US POSTAL Money Orders) This is the Consulate fee.

E.      US Postal Service money order OR Personal Checks for broker fees, made out to Aardvark Brazil Visa Expeditors & Passport Services.

Aardvark Brazil Visa Expeditors & Passport Services takes it from there and will keep you informed on the progress of your application. Please note: Your visa application may take up to 10 business days to process AT the Consulate from the date we're able to secure you a submission time slot. Submission slots are in high demand and can often have many days or weeks of a waiting list.

MAILING YOUR DOCUMENTS
We strongly recommend you send your passport and other materials to us with a service that provides you with tracking (ie. FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation).

• Our service utilizes USPS Priority Mail to ship your documents back to you. You can also request USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or USPS Express Mail with our Visa Information Form.

FEES
Consular fees must be paid with an official US Postal Service money order made payable to the Brazilian Consulate  (*We can purchase a money order on your behalf for a $5.00 service fee). We accept money orders and personal checks for Aardvark Brazil Visa Expeditors & Passport Services service fees plus shipping. Include a copy of our Visa Information Form with your mailed-in material
