1. Passport

Physical passport valid for 6 months or longer ,make sure you have signed your passport.

2. Photo requirement

Applicant must submit two (2) recent color passport photos (no glasses may be worn) click here to download photo template.

3. Proof of travel

Airline copy of itinerary or e-ticket showing travelers full name,departure date and return.

4. Photocopy of driver´s License

Valid ID or Driver's license showing your home address.

5. Previous chinese visa apllicants

Please provide copies of past chinese visas or provide the old physical passport along with your current passport If the previous visa is already in the current passport there is no action required.

6. Former chinese nationals

Former chinese or taiwanese citizen, applicant must submit previous chinese passport or proof of previously issued chinese visa.
